Company History
| Garrison Engineering was established in 1993. Carl Garrison, PE joined the firm in June of 1994 as a 50% partner with his brother Tim Garrison, PE. In late 1995, Garrison Engineering merged with Skagit Surveyors to become Skagit Surveyors and Engineers LLC. In 2001, Garrison Engineering split from Skagit Surveyor and Engineers and Carl Garrison became the sole owner. The company then moved to its present location in Burlington, WA. Carl is a Registered Mechanical Engineer in the States of Washington, California, Oregon, Arizona, and Idaho, and is NCEES certified for expedited registration in other States. He has a Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering from California State University, Chico.
Since our beginning, Garrison Engineering has provided a variety of engineering services including: civil, mechanical, industrial, and structural engineering. We have also provided planning services to land developers. At present, our specialties include engineering services for public and private water systems, civil engineering, mechanical HVAC and plumbing, and industrial engineering. We occasionally work with sub consultants that include: Tim Garrison, PE and Steve Wright, PE to provide additional engineering services on specific projects. |
